WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE DECK WITH CURBSIDE APPEAL

The homeowner had a family member confined to a wheelchair. With a 10’ drop from street level to the bottom of the stairs (In 55’laterally), there was virtually no way the two could visit. The house also needed a little curbside appeal. We cut brush and demoed the old stair/porch. The new walkway and porch floor was covered with composite deck boards. We curved the walkway around the trees and at the curb, we did a stamped concrete pad. The porch columns have a Craftsman flair and the ceiling is finished. The house went from inaccessible to accessible with style.
