In April of this year, I contacted Jeff Kroll of Lone Star Construction & Water Harvesting explaining I wanted to add a rainwater collection system to my home at the same time I added rain gutters. Jeff came to my home and discussed my needs, my intended usage, and my initial concept plans. Jeff took this information along with survey notes and within a couple of days produced an initial plan and cost estimate for my review. After reviewing and making a few changes, Jeff returned a final plan and cost for my approval. Within days of my approval, Jeff coordinated with the gutter company and upon installation of the gutters Jeff’s crew arrived and began installation of their system.
Within days of completion, the rain came to the Hill Country and I checked the collection system and found it working perfectly. As a result, both of my tanks were filled to capacity within two days. I am currently using the system on a daily basis for watering my vegetable garden.
I certainly recommend Jeff and Lone Star Construction & Water Harvesting to anyone looking to install and use a rainwater collection system. Jeff produced a system that exceeds my initial plans. Jeff is a professional who is easy to work with, knowledgeable about the products, and willing to work with the customer to insure the customer gets what they want and need.
