A couple wanted a Family Room off the Dining Room for a Library and a place to entertain Grandchildren. We took special care to match the existing house to a “T”. From the front view, it is difficult to see the change.
Sunroom
The empty nesters decided to make this their final stop so we added a large area off of the previously dark and cramped kitchen for them to relax and be able to see their pool and access the screen porch.
Breakfast Area / Deck
A young couple needed a larger breakfast area and deck for the family. We made it a focal point by curving the trim along with a palladium window.
Keeping Room
The couple with children wanted a Keeping Room off the Kitchen with a Coffered Ceiling, a stone fireplace, and shelves for media. A flat-screen will be mounted on the fireplace. The family can read or watch their favorite shows. We used the existing deck as the basic foundation and removed two windows – one for an opening and the other to add wall space. The space below became a covered patio off the basement.
