Keeping Room

The couple with children wanted a Keeping Room off the Kitchen with a Coffered Ceiling, a stone fireplace, and shelves for media. A flat screen will be mounted on the fireplace. The family can read or watch their favorite shows. We used the existing deck as the basic foundation and removed two windows – one for an opening and the other to add wall space. The space below became a covered patio off the basement.
