A Basement For a Car Enthusiast

The customer was getting married and he restored muscle cars. He needed more room. We demoed an old patio and add on the client had started. Then, excavated under the house into a crawl space while digging out a basement that would become a 30x 54’ space for the cars. On top of this, we enlarged the kitchen, created a great room, added a Master Suite, remodeled the interior, and added a deck. A porch was added to the front along with a circular drive. On the side, the existing garage was converted to a finished basement and the garage doors were moved to the new space. A driveway was configured and the grading completed. A true challenge structurally and tying everything together to match the existing architecture.
